May 12 --- A Measure of Poetry

Holiday: Limerick Day

There was a young conman named Peck

Whose life was somewhat of a wreck

He sought solace in women

Who tried to reel him in

Which left them with only his v-neck

There was a crazed pilot called Murdock

Wild flying for him was a cakewalk

Friends were quite often dazed

At statements he phrased

But accepted his brain was quite adhoc

BA could put fear into most folk

His arms were solid like old oak

Friends gave him some room

To keep them from doom

'Cept a pilot who loved to provoke

Hannibal loves a cigar

And his plans are often bizarre

The guys give dark looks

But go after the crooks

Then take off like it's Nascar
