They raced for the Vette, Face dropping the lab coat heedlessly behind him, Murdock holding his cap firmly to his head. Behind them, four very large orderlies did their best to catch up.

"Can I drive?" Murdock headed for the driver's side of the car.

"No way! Get in!" Grimacing as Murdock hopped over the door and fell into the seat, Face tore down the drive almost before Murdock was settled.

"I know how to drive, you know."

"Not the Vette, Murdock, and definitely not now."

It took only a few minutes to leave the VA far behind and lose themselves on the side streets. In short order they pulled up to a large warehouse, where BA was stalking back and forth by the van.

"C'mon, man, we ain't got all day. Hannibal's waitin'!"

"Can I drive?" Murdock bounded out of the Vette and ran to the van, grabbing the driver's door.

BA just glared as he muscled him out of the way. Glaring back, Murdock hurried to the other side and climbed in behind Face, sliding the door shut as the van took off.

They pulled into the studio lot and found Hannibal, who was still in his Aquamaniac costume. He shook his head at their frowns.

"Just five more minutes, guys. I have to steal this boat and race across the lake."

Face looked skeptical. "The Aquamaniac is stealing a boat?"

"What can I say? He's in a hurry."

"So are we, man," BA grumbled. "Or so you said."

"Can I drive, Hannibal? I could be the terrified owner that the monster threatens..."

"No, Murdock, sorry. Don't think the director would go for a new character right now."

Murdock slumped against the van as Hannibal finished up. Finally they headed out, eventually stopping at a deserted airfield.

"We just meetin' the guy here, right? Ain't no flying, right?" BA glared at the others.

"Just meeting him, BA." BA turned to Hannibal, and Murdock stabbed him with the hypo.

Hannibal pulled the hangar door open, revealing a shiny little Cessna. Grinning, Hannibal clapped his hand on Murdock's shoulder.

"Now you can drive, Murdock!"
